    Default Fat Loss--- Help me with the stack

    Currently around 260 from well over 330. Currently taking creatine pills, fish oil. hydroxycut Hardcore, nano vapor and various protein powder suplements. Workout is 3 days a week rippetoe workout (compound lifts).

    I want to try a few months of Control lab stacks as I see some good reviews and hope a product change will bust the plateau I am having.

    I want to stay as low or lower sugar/carb content as I am now. Willing to replace everything I am using now or add and subtract from it.

    Green Mag/RA2/PW/Orange Tri

    That will be good IMO.

    Just got a sample of the Purple Wrath and the Green Mag in the mail

    When you lose weight, you can also lose lean muscle mass and water weight with fat. I just do not get the body you want. Not only that, but usually when you have lost some muscle and water, is much more difficult to maintain the weight once they return to normal life. That is why it is so important to concentrate their efforts specifically to lose fat rather than weight loss.
