currently i supplement my workouts with Biotest surge pre/during workout, and then about an hour after have oats, and metabolic drive protein(workouts are at 6am 4x a week) has anyone else used either of these products and what did you think of them

never heard of any of it but the oats
I recommend this product
grind it into powder, add a scoop to shakes, and voolah
