How do you cycle Blue Up and White Blood if using at the same time?
Do you have to Cycle White blood or can you just take it each day? how exactly do you cycle Blue Up? Is it 5 days on 2 day off?

Blue up with or with out stimulants? With stims take 30 minutes preworkout. Stim free can be taken pre bed along with White Blood. I prefer to use WB prebed instead of preworkout. If you are looking for an energy boost preworkout I would go with White Flood and use stim free BU and WB prebed. No need to cycle BU. Take for 6-8 weeks. Then you can cycle off for same amount of time on.
