    Long time weight trainer just trying out White Blood.

    My question is this; if I take a protein drink either after or before my workout (taking WB 30-45 minutes before) am I diluting the effect?

    When do you normally have your pre-workout meal? I would recommend having your meal about 1.5-2 hrs pre. Taking your protein shake post is fine too.

      My pre workout meal is usually about 4 hours before my workout.
      My concern was that adding the aminos in a protein drink to the ingestion of WB would, as the number, type and ratio of aminos are being changed, dilute the White Blood effect.

      I'm a US Army (Retired) Master Fitness Trainer.

      I normally ingest a protein drink before cardio (with a half cup rolled oats).

      I will normally ingest a protein a protein drink indefinitely within 30 minutes after weight training and sometimes also before.
