    So i started my stack yesterday, i am currently taking WB,WF, GM and Pw and FORZA- T by instone.

    this is how i am atacking them

    6 am wake up have breakfast Take 1 Forza- T Capsule, and my vitamins which include the following: glucosamine, gnc multi, fish oil, milk thislte and B5

    then aorund 4 pm i do my 90 min pre-Meal

    45 min pre workout -1 scoop GreenMAG

    30 min pre workout-2 scoop White FLOOD

    30 min pre workout 1 Forza -T pill

    10 min pre workout -through my work out sipping on 2 scoops of PurplE WrAAth.

    After workout eat

    Before Bed LAst Forza- T pill.

    Needless to say i had a great workout yesterday, but once i got home i felt like a bag of ass, my heart rate was up, i couldnt sleep, tossed and turned, alot of runny bol movements. Fiannly passed out at 11 and woke up at 5 am which is not normal considering i always wake up at 6.

    So my question to you pros is what is messing me up in my stack? I do not like feeling like this. I am unsure if it is just my body adjusting to all the new stuff entering it or what. ANy help or input would be gladly appreciated. Any suggestion on changing up the way i take it ?? Fire away i am ready to respond.

    how close are you taking this to bed?

    also, start lower on the white flood as its very potent.

    also, take half the green mag after the workout instead of all of it pre. add some carbs to the white flood and green mag shake to settle any stomach issues

      WHich supplement did you want to know about that i take close to bed ?

      So i should go to 1 scoop instead of two?

      Ill make sure to split up the green mag, and i am eating rice ***** when i take the white flood and green mag.

      I just felt like crap last night and want to avoid that feeling at all cost,

      Any suggestions for taking Forza-t , right now i am doing one with breakfast, one at 5 pm 30 mins prior to my work out and one at 9 ish. Am i taking them to late should i do breakfast , lunch , then 5 pm 30 mins pre workout?

      Thnaks for all your help , you guys rock and so does your products

        dont take stimulants (white flood) within 5-6 hours of bed.

        drink alot more water than you currently are, all day and especially around your workout.

        Eat some kind of granola, fiber bar closer to workout

          cool sounds good , any alternative to white flood since i workout at 5 pm and thats within 6 hours of bed time.

            you could try white blood, but a lower dose of white flood should work, also you can take it a bit earlier and still have the energy for the gym

              sounds good i am going to try 1 scoop around 2 or 3 pm. for my 530 work out

                  Much better

                  Ok so I down sized to 1 scoop for wf and took it at 3pm, 1/2 green mag 45 mins prior to working out along with my white blood, purple wrath preworkout, workout, post. Followed end of workout by remainder of green mag. Forza- t at bedtime.

                  The good news, I was able to sleep, i actually slept like a rock. Plus my stomach felt alot better.

                  THe only downside was taking white flood at 3 , I felt amped around 4 and it tapered down by 530 when i was working out. So i am going to try taking it at 430 today and do 1 scoop and see how i feel ( since it is the weekend and dont care about staying up late , since i can sleep in tommorow.)

                  Hopefully it works ... And then i have my stack fully dialed in .
