So i started my stack yesterday, i am currently taking WB,WF, GM and Pw and FORZA- T by instone.
this is how i am atacking them
6 am wake up have breakfast Take 1 Forza- T Capsule, and my vitamins which include the following: glucosamine, gnc multi, fish oil, milk thislte and B5
then aorund 4 pm i do my 90 min pre-Meal
45 min pre workout -1 scoop GreenMAG
30 min pre workout-2 scoop White FLOOD
30 min pre workout 1 Forza -T pill
10 min pre workout -through my work out sipping on 2 scoops of PurplE WrAAth.
After workout eat
Before Bed LAst Forza- T pill.
Needless to say i had a great workout yesterday, but once i got home i felt like a bag of ass, my heart rate was up, i couldnt sleep, tossed and turned, alot of runny bol movements. Fiannly passed out at 11 and woke up at 5 am which is not normal considering i always wake up at 6.
So my question to you pros is what is messing me up in my stack? I do not like feeling like this. I am unsure if it is just my body adjusting to all the new stuff entering it or what. ANy help or input would be gladly appreciated. Any suggestion on changing up the way i take it ?? Fire away i am ready to respond.
