I'm a newbie to most supplements other than Protein and Creatine so I'm asking for your opinion on a stack. I just purchased White Flood, Green Mag, and Red Acid and I'm wondering how I should take them or if it's just overkill for me. I'm not as intense as most of you in my workouts (5x week cardio for 30 min, 3-4 times a week weights for about an hour each), but I would still like to make due with the time I have.
