  • Stack recomendation

    I'm a newbie to most supplements other than Protein and Creatine so I'm asking for your opinion on a stack. I just purchased White Flood, Green Mag, and Red Acid and I'm wondering how I should take them or if it's just overkill for me. I'm not as intense as most of you in my workouts (5x week cardio for 30 min, 3-4 times a week weights for about an hour each), but I would still like to make due with the time I have. Here is what I've come up with. Let me know if there is any advice you can give me and thank you!

    Wakeup 8:00 AM
    GNC Mega Men Multi
    Red Acid G2
    GNC Glucosamine 750 Chondroitin 600

    Cereal Bar 9:00 AM

    Cardio 1:30 PM
    Red Acid G2
    3 mile run
    1200mg Fish Oil

    Lunch 2:00

    Pre Workout 6:00 P.M
    Green Magnitude

    Pre-Workout 6:45 P.M.
    White Flood

    Workout 7:00 P.M.

    Post-Workout 8:00 P.M
    ON 100% Whey shake
    Dinner

    Sleep 12:00 A.M.

      I'll consider that because the GNC Glucosamine 750 Chondroitin 600 doesn't seem to do much for me and the multi is a bit pricey. One question is how soon before my cardio should I take my 2nd dose of Red Acid? Thanks again!

        30min pre-cardio works very well for me
