    hit the gym 2x today

    late morning for cardio + abs

    mid afternoon for shoulders/back

    took green bulge pre cardio
    and green mag pre weights

    on a totally unrelated note; i think CLA + Sesamin + maybe fishoil is giving me the shits. I took cla + sesamin on empty stomach yesterday and it was bad.. today i took it with a meal and seems a lil better so far..

    its either that, or i ate some bad soup at work.. mushroom medley... i dont know .

      started a diff pre/during/post workout supplementation.. the pumps were rediculous yesterday! best in along time

      2 purple wraath, 1 green mag, 1 glycergrow about 45min pre

      2 purple wraath, 2 glycergrow, 3/4 xtend during

      1 glycergrow post + other junk in my protein shake and supplementation

      it was awsome.. my arms felt swollen, even tho i was lifting shoulders/back

        this log has been dieing.. my bad everybody..

        i been writing in the other one titled controlled stack..

        I'll post comparison pics in here come july 31 to compare to the 6/29 ones... a good months progress I hopes... would be clutch to win that iron mass contest im in.. chyea..but anyways, chyea

        green mag is good stuff.. i usually been mixing it with PW and GG preworkout.. today I was in a rush and just to scoopfulls of PW/GG/n GM the green mag actually tasted awsome just gettin scooped and chased... PW is still raunchy and GG is weird..it like sticks to my mouth which isnt cool..

        their all doable tho.. you get used to it..

        I think Ive made some good gains in muscule fullness and hardness since adding green mag to my routine... while cutting as well. the maing thing IMO if ur using green mag and green bulge... is you need to drink aloott of water.... i drink so much.. its annoying.. Ive just been filling shaker bottles up of water lately when im at home.. refil it like 5x in 1/2 a day... than when im at work i drink like 15 cups of water... its alot..

        i always know if i drink enough or not based on if my piss is clear after taking animal pak.. lol
