last year I took 2 bags out, we're not talking your run of the mill shopping bag, we're talking like a bag big enough to fit a few king size comforters in.

I've seen pictures of people who have whole beds covered with stuff - hell I still have stuff from last years arnies.

Downtown Columbus -

It's definitely worth the trip, though with the expo you need to hit it early because on sat/sun it'll get so packed you cant move, then it isnt so much fun.

they should do it in philly next year... yupp... it would prolly be even bigger / blow up the whole bodybuilding scene more if it re-located each year.

man, 6hr drive from central PA out there... and theres not even an amtrak station remotely close to Columbus ohio -- everything is more north or west ish.. thats beat =(

I will be there all weekend working the Max Muscle booth. I need to check and see what we are giving away.

Anyone needing to smash some weights over the weekend should hit up my gym less than a mile away, Metro Fitness (formerly World Gym downtown). Good lifting and quite the spectacle. I know LiGymRatt and I will be smashing some weights!!

When I was at world gym in Worthington, the arnolds weekend was crazy becuase a lot of the athletes would be there.

I worked out next to Iris Kyle last year - um wow.

I'll be sure to stop by the max muscle booth.
