  • My intro and a question

    So this is my second year taking green bulge, white blood, and this year Purple Wrath. I have gone from 190 to 225. I really love these products. I defintly feel them working.

    I have a question. I usually have 2 scoops Wrath during my workout. I am going to start doing cardio post workout. Can I have another scoop or 2 during cardio, or should I take some separate aminos pre cardio instead??

    I would say that is ok, in the FAQ it says 1-2 servings per day, so I wouldn't see why not. It wouldn't be harmful to you, so I would say go for it.

      that is fine. purple wraath is great for cardio as well

        I typically add an extra scoop of PW when doing cardio after to prevent catabolism. I take a nice big swig after and it helps me get through it (no matter how glycogen depleted).
