So this is my second year taking green bulge, white blood, and this year Purple Wrath. I have gone from 190 to 225. I really love these products. I defintly feel them working.
I have a question. I usually have 2 scoops Wrath during my workout. I am going to start doing cardio post workout. Can I have another scoop or 2 during cardio, or should I take some separate aminos pre cardio instead??
