  • Changing my routine a bit, WF timing help...

    I'm going to go to a protein and oats shake 20-30 minutes pre and need to make sure that isn't going to be a problem with drinking my WF in the car on the way to the gym?
    Any issues with using WF 15 minutes after the shake?

    that is fine, but save the protein for postworkout. too close to the workout isnt a great idea

          Good idea but if you must drink before workout try to do in 1.5 hours pre.

            Right now it's still GM 45 pre and WF+25g WMS on the way and it rocks!
            Like I said, just looking to change things up a bit as I've been doing darned near the same thing for 8-9 months. It's working, but a bit of variety never hurt.
