    Intro

    Hi, all

    Found this site after researching Controlled Labs sups
    Been out of lifting since June of 07 due to 3 herniated discs L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1
    looking to go into a 6 week program at the end of January 08 hoping to avoid surgery. The worst disc L4-L5 was bad since October 2003. Figured looking through here would be a good thing to do while waiting for My order of Red Acid G2 and Green Mag (almost forgot Orange Triad )to arrive.

      Welcome to CL, you came to the right place. I have chronic neck pain C4-C6 so I can somewhat relate.

        Welcome to CL. I'm also in the same boat as you.
        Mild to moderate disc bulges from L2-S1. Also multilevel degenerative discs.

          Thank you all, got the first of my two orders today. I will head off to the training section for that thread.

          Tried the Green MAG Sour Green Apple, On taste alone I would buy it again.

                  on 14March2008 I go in for a disectomy. they will take a small piece of bone away and remove part of the disc to relieve pressure of my nerve.

                      how did you get the herniated discs?
