                    I contribute the fact that I live at home and honestly have nothing to do but see family, chill with friends, and lift, for my water intake. Very convenient to drink as much water as possible.

                    And indeed, purple = PRs.

                              SMITH Incline Bench Press :: Bar+90x8, Bar+110x8, Bar+130x8, Bar+130x8 These felt SO much better for my upper chest than BB Incline BP. Also changed rep scheme.

                              Incline Butterfly Cable Crossovers :: 75x8, 80x7, 80x7 Using a slightly different grip & ROM on these. Nice stretch.

                              Machine Butterfly :: 165x8, 165x6 My body died.. couldn't do a third set.
