Interesting... I may start using a 50/50 mixture of dextrose/oats in the near future.

ground up oats take a few shakes to get used too, but i got the same results if not better than using dextrose powder.

though ive heard a mixture of dextrose+malodextrin (i think) is good too..

than you got your oats are a natural whole food approach... etcetc....idk, ive just been doing oats since i bought dextrose once, works for me.

july 1st i switch to waxy maize starch from trueprotein.com should be interesting!

Sometimes I ground up oats with my meal replacement protein shakes... so I guess I would be able to handle it...

Arg... it's gonna be a bitch to ground up those oats beforehand, LOL.

nice updates, the tyrosine in gmag really gives me some nice mental stimulation.

So far a mixed review. On some workouts I am absolutely destroying the weights, but particularly on Shoulder day, Green MAGnitude™ seems to do nothing for me.

                        Reflection:
No headaches anymore. Workout went OK but I figured i'd get 3 sets of 60x4 on those shoulder presses, and didn't. That pretty much bummed be out for the rest of the workout. No abnormal sweating either. On another related note, this is the second Shoulder workout in a row that's been less than spectacular .

DAMN! Things are lookin good man, I'm sorry I never posted earlier

Congrats on all the PRs. That's good about having no headaches, but don't worry too much about the shoulder workouts. IME, I just got a hella pump if I hit the wall. My bro does this too. Forget about letting yourself get disappointed and miserable and just work your ass off at the highest intensity that you can and lower your weight a little. Works for me at least.

I wouldn't be disappointed at all man. We all have a long way to go lol, god damn 80 servings to be exact (I still can't get over this)

GREAT workout. EXCELLENT pumps in both my tris and bis. One question, is Green MAGnitude™ supposed to bloat? The veins in my hands/forearms were less noticeable when they are usually literally poppin outta my skin during workouts.

omg, I can't wait for arm day lol.

I don't know if I'd say that GM has been bloating me at all, but I'd definitely say my muscles felt a lot harder and VERY full. Like at a MAXIMUM pump while just standing there, then you flex and rip your skin lol. Vascularity for me is the same as a normal workout, but I never noticed my veins actually not showing up. I think it's neutral for my body type at least. I'll check out other logs and see.

Looks like you just keep outdoing yourself each time you work out too man, congrats.
