        Incline Hammer Press :: 160x8 for 3 sets New exercise!

        Seated Cable Cross-Unders :: 40x6, 40x6, 30x8 Wow doing these seated REALLY isolate your chest!

        Reflection:
        Awesome workout. Changed up my chest routine quite a bit as well. I missed my leg workout so I did some hamstring and calf work as well, but I didn't want to confuse anyone so I didn't write it down. I will be doing some quad work tomorrow.

            Wide-Grip Pull-Ups :: BWx5 for 3 sets These are getting harder every week.

            Conventional Deadlifts :: 135x10, 185x1, 225x1, 265x4, 225x4, 225x4 After my first set PR, I just didn't have the energy to do 265.. couldn't even pick it off the ground, lol.

            One-Handed DB Row :: Shoulder irritated me on first few reps so I dropped the exercise.

            Seated Cable Rows :: 130x8, 140x7, 140x7, 140x7 New exercise.

            Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Rowing :: 90x6 for 3 sets New exercise.

            Some Weird Suspended in Mid-Air Row Machine :: 90x6, 70x8, 70x8 New exercise

            Wide Grip Lat Pulldown :: Skipped.

              DB Shoulder Press :: 35x12, 35x10, 45x6, 50x3, 55x1, 60x7, 60x7, 60x6, 65xFAIL, 65x2 Got 65s up! Yea budday!

              Machine Lateral Raise :: 135x6, 135x6, 135x6 For the first time I had some shoulder pain while doing this.. not good.

              Machine Rear Delt Fly :: 105x8, 105x8, 105x8 Feeling very strong on these.

              Biangular Shoulder Press :: 125x8, 125x7, 125x7 Doing these instead of upright rows.

              Machine Shrugs :: 200x10, 180x12, 160x14, 140x16, 120x18, 100x20 REALLY changed things up a bit here.

                  Preacher Curls :: 85x6, 85x6, 85x6 These were harder than last week.. hmm

                  Cross Body Hammer Curls :: 35x5, 35x5 No shoulder pain but they felt very ackward... no MMC whatsoever.

                  Hammer Curls :: 35x8, 35x8 No shoulder pain at all.

                          • Final Review of White Blood™:

                            It is the only NO product I have used thus far (minus free samples), so I can not comment on how much better or worse it is than it's competitors. At my bodyweight & dosage protocol, it definately gave me noticable pumps. However, that does not mean it'll work for everyone, because we all react differently.

                            Was it effective for me?

                            Yes. It gave me great pumps and I could notice the increased blood flow to the particular muscle that was being worked.

                            Will I buy it again?

                            No. Personally I feel I get better workouts without the extra pump, because IMO all it does is get in the way of my ROM.

                            Final Review of Green MAGnitude™:

                            This is the only creatine product I have ever used (minus free samples). Without a doubt it has my seal of approval. I am going to try Designer Supplements Xceed next, and then going to give good old bulk Higher Power CEE a try.

                            Was it effective for me?

                            Yes. My lifts/pictures speak for themselves.

                            Will I buy it again?

                            After I try both Designer Supplements Xceed and Higher Power CEE, if they do not match what Controlled Lab's Green MAGnitude has done for me, then YES, Controlled Lab's Green MAGnitude will be a staple in my supplementation.
