        Wow, must have been a very gratifying arm day! My ego always goes through the roof on arm day, with PRs like that I might just pick a fight with the biggest guy there

        Nasty CGBP too. Yehaw, I love those. Did you use a straight Olympic bar or chambered bar? Great updates as always

          Haha I love it when i'm doing my standing bicep ez bar curls!

          I use a straight olympic bar, only because I haven't figured out a way to get the chambered bar at the height I need it to, to start the lift. I would LOVE to switch to a chambered bar asap since it'll be easier on my wrists.. any ideas?

                  Reflection:
                  I trained abs for the first time in awhile... stronger core = stronger squats + deads... I WILL train abs more consistently.

                  I diverged from the MAX-OT style warm-up and workout today too..I did 5 working sets of squats (135lbs @ a2g!!!), and no leg extensions/curls, and went crazy on the calf raises.... I loved it. I'm still going to base my workouts MAX-OT style (4-6 reps, 2 min rest between sets, etc) but i'm also going to let my creativity with workouts go wild.. see what happens...

                    Reflection:
                    Got around 10 hours of sleep but my muscles felt extremely flat . After I got in 2 meals, all my muscles felt "full" again which is a plus. My quads, hams, and glutes are all sore and feeling great. 5 working sets of squats really did the trick... can't wait for next week's leg day.
