    Day 1 of 80

    Preworkout Supplements:
    One-Half (1/2) scoop Green MAGnitude (Initial dosage directions)
    Three (3) White Blood

    Shoulder Day
    Exercise :: Weight(lbs) x Reps (Warm-up sets in italics)

    DB Shoulder Press :: 25x10, 25x8, 35x6, 45x3, 50x1, 55x6 for 3 sets (PR!!)

    Cable Front Raise :: 40x4 for 3 sets (PR!!)

    Cable Lateral Raise :: 40x3...STOPPED. Shoulders hurt pretty bad on these for some reason.

    BB Shrugs :: 205x6, 215x4 (PR!!), 215x4 (PR!!), 135x12

    Rear Delt Machine Fly :: 90x6, 105x4 (PR!!), 105x4 (PR!!)

    WO Nutrition:
    37.5g Xtend in water

    PWO Nutrition:
    Five (5) Green Bulge
    48g ON Whey + 60g NOW Dextrose

    PPWO Nutrition:
    Salmon
    Noodles

    Reflection:
    Green MAGnitude mixes and tastes fucking great. We'll see how well it performs in the gym by the end of this log. However what I did notice was a really big pump in my traps... something i've never felt.

    Overall good workout, sans Cable Lateral Raises. For some reason my shoulders were in too much pain to continue. Usually I do 40x6 for 3 sets, but doing the right/smart thing, stopped immediately.

    PWO Nutrition:

    Reflection:
    Another fine workout. Tris felt great throughout, and my Bis got really fried in the 100x4 (assisted) ez bb bicep curls. By the end of the workout, the pump in my left bicep was the strongest i've ever felt to this day.

    So far the only things I can say about Green MAGnitude™ is that it tastes great and I am experiencing less fatigue / faster recovery between sets. Nothing out of the ordinary in terms of strength gains.

    Nice to have you here FF. I'm sure by the time all these logs finish, you'll know what to purchase.

    Bottom line, what works for you may not work for me, so I say try the Green MAGnitude™ + Green Bulge™ stack anyway.

    And on the other side of the spectrum, if it turns out that these most of the testers achieve awesome results and fantastic reviews, remember to take the stack on an open mind, and always know there is a chance the stack may not work for you.

    In any case, both White Blood™ and Green Bulge™ have given me fantastic results, so to me, . We'll see how well Green MAGnitude™ does by the end of this log.

    Nothing out of the ordinary to report. I got an awesome 10 hours of sleep, and my arms are just a tad sore. Took Green MAGnitude™ & Green Bulge™ together on an empty stomach, so all I have left to do now is chow down on some grub (specifically 3,000 calories worth ) and take my White Blood™ before bed.

    Awesome PR's! Do you think you could hit 2 plates for 2-3 reps on Bench?

    Maybe .

    Next week I plan on doing 205 on flat bench, for 4-6 reps, for 3 sets.

    Oh, and don't let the (PRs) fool you. I mean sure they are great to have, but I usually get 4-5 every workout. The addition of Green MAGnitude™ has at least helped me keep my steady rate of strength gains. We will see if it does more, by the end of this log.

    Interesting... I may start using a 50/50 mixture of dextrose/oats in the near future.

    ground up oats take a few shakes to get used too, but i got the same results if not better than using dextrose powder.

    though ive heard a mixture of dextrose+malodextrin (i think) is good too..

    than you got your oats are a natural whole food approach... etcetc....idk, ive just been doing oats since i bought dextrose once, works for me.

    july 1st i switch to waxy maize starch from trueprotein.com should be interesting!

    Sometimes I ground up oats with my meal replacement protein shakes... so I guess I would be able to handle it...

    Arg... it's gonna be a bitch to ground up those oats beforehand, LOL.
