    EDIT: How is it possibly on Mondays/Thursdays to train all that and have basketball practice? In the midst of basketball season?

    You'll see, i'll post my workouts. It is a very busy everyday but i enjoy it that way. Lifting at 5:30, school at 8:20, and bball at 3:30-5:30 or 5:30-7:30.

    EDIT: I see my busy schedule as a bonus for logging GFH, really putting it to the test on what it says it does.

    Taste: The taste hit me by surprise, I wasnít sure of what to think when first mixing it. It does actually taste like it says a tropical smoothie. I got a little bit of sand texture every once in a while. The taste is pretty strong as well.

    Mixability: I put the GFH in first then 20oz of water. I didnít think it would mix very good because it was so much powder with just 20oz of water, but it mixed great. Iím going to try to mix it with around 30oz of water next time.

    Effectiveness: No idea, it was the first time using it.

    Taste: The taste was great! Even better then the first time I took it. I did 20oz of water with 2 scoops of GFH. The other scoop I just took and chased with water. It stuck to my mouth a little bit but not too bad. The taste of just powder wasnít bad either. I could easily take 3 scoops of just powder.

    Mixability: GFH mixed to perfection with 2 scoops in 20oz of water. There was no sand texture in any of the drink. I couldnít find my bigger shaker and mine only holds 25oz so when I find it, Iíll try 3 scoops with 30oz instead of chasing 1 scoop w/ water.

    Effectiveness: Canít really tell yet. I did feel wide awake at school and energized yesterday, but who knows if thatís the GFH kicking in or not. Weíll just have to wait and see later down the road.

    Taste: Was great, didnít even realize that it was a little different taste than normal supplements like fruit punch, grape, and orange. It was a good taste too.

    Mixability: Today I mixed the 3 scoops with 30oz of water and I think I found that 30oz is the way to go for me. It mixed very good.

    Effectiveness: Still not sure if itís working very good but I had a very good workout today and lifted hard. Guess weíll see if Iím sore tomorrow.

    Taste: Keeps getting better and better. Seems I can drink it a lot faster then my first couple servings.

    Mixability: I mixed the 3 scoops with 30oz of water and it mixed great.

    Effectiveness:
    I said my 3rd workout was great and I lifted hard, so I figured Iíd be sore today. To report I had no signs of soreness anywhere, very weird. So far the product has worked like it said. Today while doing legs I felt good and ended up with a PR in Cleans. It was 225 and Iíve never tried anything higher than that. I was feeling good so I decide to put up 250 and I did it once!  Wahoooo. Still early to tell the true effects of GFH.

    Taste: Taste was good; it was really early this morning and was hard to drink all 30oz.

    Mixability: Mixed good in the 30oz of water.

    Effectiveness: A little sore today but nothing unbearable. Kind of feels like a good soreness. So far the product has been treating me good!

    Taste: Taste was so-so today, wasnít looking forward to drinking 30oz of water so just did 20oz and it was a little sand texture from time to time.

    Mixability:
    For GFH filling up a fourth of my shaker it mixed very good.

    Effectiveness: It keeps proving to work and I always feel the best about an hour after I drink it.

    Taste: It seemed I was craving it this morning and taste absolutely great.

    Mixability: Very good, did 20oz of water again. I think Iím starting to prefer just 20oz of water instead of 30oz like Iíve been saying.

    Effectiveness:
    Well today was a hard and intense workout and I didnít crash or feel worn out by any means.

    Taste: Taste was good again, I think I can just say from now on I like the taste. Especially the very first sip.

    Mixability: Mixes alright in 20oz and perfect in 30ozÖ Iíve come to that conclusion

    Effectiveness: It was great today, kept me up and going and energized with no crash all threw school and bball.
