      Got up today and did 20mins of cardio on the treadmill at a 10 incline. Good cardio session plus had to make Dawn proud of me for doing cardio

        DAILY REVIEW

        Recovery has been great this week thank god because I have been trying to catch up my workouts and really haven't given myself any time to recovery so I must say despite no recovery time I have done very well and have felt fully recovered for each workout. Shoulders today felt great with no pain at all first time in about a month that I have been pain free in my shoulders.

            Shoulder has been great so far keep your fingers crossed but its feeling a lot better actually haven't had any pain in over a week..........

              That's great to hear, I tweaked something in my neck 2 weeks ago and it is driving me nuts. It wen away and came back when I was doing bicep curls. Pretty weird, maybe need to go see my chiro.

              Keep it up man liking the updates and waiting for some more PRs!!!

                Thanks man I am hoping that the shoulder problem has taking care of itself and doesn't haunt me in the next few weeks sucks about the neck. Neck injuries suck can't turn t really is an injury that just gets in the way,hope the neck feels better, PR's coming up

Chest today felt great got some great pumps and and DB presses felt great today. I will be taking some stats when I get back in town this week.

                      • Those DB Presses are pretty wicked, that’s for sure. Incline DB Presses are probably my fav

                        I bet cervasa’s one of those dudes at the gym that you don’t look directly into their eyes. Especially after throwing up the 115’s lol

                              DAILY REVIEW

                              OK happy got 445 on deads today 1 time I know its only 1 rep but it felt good since I have been stuck at 405 on deads for awhile now. Next week I know I am going to gets some reps at 445 so thats my new goal next week. I may cut out deads at 225 after I have warmed up just start going heavy and save some of that energy for the heavier deads. Great pumps and energy dspite traveling was great. My lower back is dead by the way, in a good way
