    DAILY REVIEW

    Alright finally I am back in SC due to travel I have notbeen ableto workout this week so today was the first time that I got in the gym since sunday......... that sucks. But I will be doubling up today with chest in the morning and back later tonight to get in caught up for the week. Toady was a good chest day still tired as hell from traveling to Tulsa ine day getting up early the nest to got to Maine then back to Sc the following day so alot of travel. I didn't have any carbs pre workout which I really felt later in the workout so I will not make that mistake tonight before back.

        Yeah the last three days killed me but its wierd when I haven't been to the gym in a few I really feel it I mean I feel more sluggish and tired when I haven't been in the gym. It's crazy but going to the gym actually gives me more energy throught the day so today really was a refreshing workout.

        • Working out consistently is perpetual, keeps the energy flowing and things are great. But when you stop working out it’s like blowing a bearing race in a wheel or hitting a rough road…. Really screws things up. Hope everything gets back on track and to your satisfaction, mang.

          Good luck with your back workout too. I expect to see nothing less than a super hella workouts. Now snap to it.

            I agree I hate missing workout smy body can really fell it...... can't wait to get back on track and you know I am bringing a nasty back workout tonight man!!!!!!

              I’ve got cardio tonight so I’m pumped as well. Can’t wait to see what you’ve got planned. You gonna carb up at all? Just considering how you’ve had a chest working in the AM and all..

                DAILY REVIEW

                Great back workout even after hitting my chest hard in the morning. I ate some extra carbs today to make sure that energy levels were up to par for tonights back workout must have done something right because had a ton of energy and strength throught the workout. I did take an extra serving of Purple Wraath today to help with two heavy workoouts in one day. Got great pumps and no I am fried. Again after hitting chest I tried to get extra carbs throught the day about every two hours along with protien. Deadlifts really felt good and strong. Well see how I feel in the morning should be pretty tired hoping the PW with help with the recovery.

                        Yeah I love back workouts just seems like a really strong bodtpart for me. Sore but not anymore then expected so I am happy about that.....

                          Thank god for Purple Wraath it really helped with my recovery from yesterdays workouts and allowed me to do arms after hitting back and chest yesterday. Recovery was sick from yesteray and my workout today really killed my arms.

                                I know I know this week I am increasing it Ifelt like I got stuck at 405 need to get through it for awhile I felt like I was losing strength on my deads but finally starting to see some strength again
