      Daily Review

      Alright decided to get off my ass and get on the treadmill plus Dawn and FnF will kill me if I said I skipped a cardio for today. Alright incline treamill cardio for 30min felt good plus it helped loosen up my legs that are still tight from Sundays leg day. I really don't mind cardio once I start its just getting that intial motivation to do it

        DAILY REVIEW

        Good back workout not one of my best but the gym that I went to today really was lacking in all areas the DB only went up to 100lb and wanted to go as heavy as I could today on DB rows oh well thats what I get for traveling every week with my job never know what kind of gym your are going to be stuck with. Back pumps were crazy today especially on mhy last set of deads I was going to go up in weight but my lower back told me different (got to listen to your body)....

          Nice updates bro. Yea, cardio's a bitch to do but just think of the rewards of doing it. That's what makes me look forward to my cutting cycle.

          And how do you get gym access, traveling so much? Does work provide for it?

            Hopefully the hotels have a gym pass to local gyms most do plus I try and stay in hotels that I know have free passes to gyms if they don't then it comes out of my pocket but hey I need to workout so I do what I need to.

              Cardio again whats up..... I did 20min of cardio on an 10 incline. Got a good workout and added some rope crunches hanging knee raises and some wood choopers at the end

                Good arm day nothing special but happy that I had no pain in my shoulder at all while doing CG Bench. Great pumps and my intensity was great throught the workout..

                  Holy *SHIT*

                  I just noticed your Leg Extensions… that’s a lot of weight man, I don’t even know if the one at my gym goes that high?? I’ll check today. I thought that my little Leg Extensions were pretty impressive for my size because I never see anyone do over 120lbs

                  As always I’m impressed with your numbers. Damn jealous actually lol!! Keep the updates coming! And let us know how that shoulder’s been.

                    I used to travel about 4 days a week with my old job and had the same thing about hotels with guest passes to the local gym .... sucks not knowing what kind of equipment you'll be working with from day to day

                      Thanks man I love doing leg extensions I really have to give credit to playing soccer for about 15 years to my leg strength, always had strong legs.

                          Shoulder was OK until front Db raises not for sure why but had some pain during each lift, although I had pain it wasn't anything like the last few weeks and the pain went away right after the the set was over, I did take extra time streching and loosing my shoulder more then in the past.

                              I love leg days like these. Had a PR on squats today and really got a great leg workout. I added front squats at the end to really put a good finish on the legs and forgot how much front squats really target the quads. Great pumps and strength.

                                Daily Review

                                Well today was a travle day that started at 8am to flight to Tulsa got to Tulas meet with some possible clients had dinner with them and just checked into my room at 9pm so its been a long day and was unable to get to a gym but the hotle did have a treadmill that I decided to hit before bed so..... I did do 30mins of cardio on the treadmill at an inlcine. I was at least happy to do cardio because after flying my legs were killing me from sitting all day and killing my legs at the gym yesterday so this really helped loosen them up
