      DAILY REVIEW

      I love back days my lower back was still a little sore from squats the other day so I decided to skip deads and do some goodmornings to hit my lower back. Haven't done them in awhile and forgot how much they really hit the lower back. Good workout and energy throught thd day seems to have improved not just during workouts. I am feeling tighter in my arms and shoulders. Feeling good have shoulders tomorrow been having some pain in them so we will see how they hold up

          sorry to hear about the shoulder pains, cervasa ... hope the pain goes away soon ...

          on another note...

          how has your weight been doing since the log started? I've noticed some pretty weird fluctuations in weight every few days since I started GM and wanted to see if I was the only one

            Yeah shoulder pain sucks, it actually has been pretty good so far today I have shoulders so that will be the real test........

            I really have been bad with weighing myself I normally only do it once a week. Overall I feel about the same, weird about your weight fluxtuations, do you think it could be from water intake or bloating?

              probably a combination of bloating and I've been eating a lot more ground turkey and lean beef instead of chicken lately ... but wanted to check on other testers just in case ... i'll probably get done with my cardio session this weekend and be back down to normal or a few pounds within range

                OK I moved shoulders to tomorrow to give them another day to rest..... however I did CG bench today and now my shoulders are killing me, whatever looks like its something that I just got to work through. Anyways very tired today and felt really bloated today. Long day at work but was still happy with my workout. Arms were really pumped! Great results so far...........

                    I probably should but I have had this type of pain before and I have always just worked through it, so we will see what happens. I am not in the mood to hear from the doc that I need to stop lifting weights for a few weeks, which I won't listen anyways

                      Cervasa-dude, it looks like that shoulder’s been tweaked for a little while now eh

                      I was hoping that the pain would subside, but maybe you should get that puppy checked out. Shoulder injuries S-U-C-K!

                      Good to see all of the steady progress though. I’d hate for your shoulder to keep you in the way of things, man. Thanks for keeping us informed.

                        Yeah, it hurts after my workouts and during but hasn't stop my progress or hindered anything. I will keep and eye on it and we will see how it feels. After I lift and relax the pain subsides...... I know a few days off would probably be good for it but I am reall not ready to take a break I know I am hard headed

                          UPDATE







                          Just an update I decided to skip my shoulder wrkout this week to give myself a little more time to let my shoulder recover. It feels great right now no pain but just thought I would give it an extra day or two to recovery

                            Heh, the Hulk pic is very much appropriate. I don’t know why but you just made me ROFL

                            Good to see that you’re taking the shoulder day off. Wise decision and a difficult one to make. I’m hard headed too, I wouldn’t take an extended break in all honesty, heh. But I would tone it down and I’m glad to see that you’re taking it easy.

                            When I had shoulder problems I just went really light, did some rotator cuff exercises and basically flooded blood into my muscles. Kind of a deliberately pussy workout, but it really worked good. Best of luck to you, bro. Nasty, nasty log! Keep up the good work.
