    DAILY REVIEW

    INot a very strong shoulder workout. I was really upset after doing my first set of presses my left shoulder started hurting.... OK this sucks just when I thought my shoulders were feeling better this happens. The pain in my shoulder is different from the pain that I was having a few weeks ago so I am hoping I just kinda twiked something. Right now the shoulder feels good no pain, so thats good news. Due to the shoulder pain I really didn't want to push anything heavy and concentrated more or form and reps then trying to break PR's. No need to feed an injury. Overall despite not hitting my shoulders heavy I still had a great workout and fatigued my shoulders nicely.

    • Ah shucks…

      It’s good to salvage your workout and work at efficiently/optimally exhausting your muscle. Not all “bad” workouts have to really suck. Props to finishing strong. I had hit a few snags a couple weeks ago too. Hopefully your shoulder was just a little tweaked from something simple.

        Yeah I wasn't going to let a little pain get in the way I am thinking of adding some Animal Flex for joint support and see how that works since lately my shoulders have been kicking my ass, that is until CL comes out with a better joint support product

        • Hey man I can relate to the shoulder tweaked pain.. believe me. That's why I stayed strictly in the 8-12 rep range for so long. Keep your head up.

            Yeah I am going to have to probably do the same everytime I think the shoulder is getting better BAM! so I will probably keep it light for awhile

              DAILY REVIEW

              Happy with the arm workout again had great pumps and great deep burn. I took measurments the other day and my arms were 16.75 inches around after my workout they were 17.25 a half inch bigger. Oh how great would it be to keep those pumps

                DAILY REVIEW

                Another great leg day. Really feeling a deep burn on all lifts and muscle were pumped. I am extremely hapy at my numbers for todays lifts. Legs were pumped way after the workout and love looing like a duck on the way out of the gym. I am happy that I am seeing some strength gains still and have started to increase after being stable for so long.

                  Good chest workout I could have gone higher on flat bench but since my shoulders have been killing me lately I decided not to go too heavy today and just concentrated on good contractions. Shoulders felt a little sore after but nothing that I am not getting used too already.

                          This shoulder thing is getting old. I am dropping to lower weights for shoulders and chest for the next few weeks and see how that does, I would take some time off but screw that I would miss lifting way too much

                            When you chill out on the heavier weights, do you do any rotator cuff exersizes? I sucked it up and started doing them when my shoulder was sucking, and it actually worked fairly well. Probably help you to bounce back ever stronger if you aren't doing them already.

                              Yeah I actually do them as a warm up prior to shoulder workouts and also chest just to loosen them up and help build them up. I am about at add either cissus or animal flex to my stack and see if that will help. Sucks bro hope it will help some

                                DAILY REVIEW

                                Today I was rushed in the gym do to work so I went in and hit the weights pretty fast. I had very little rest between sets. Dispite being rushed in the gym I felt great walking out. My back felt full and pumped. Due to my shoulders killin gme yesterday I lowered my normal weight and focused on reps and contractions instead of pressing as heavy as possible, well today my chest is killing me. Man today it still feels fatigued........
