      DAILY REVIEW

      Good leg day squats weren't want I wanted to do but I think my body from doing deads yesterday kinda had something to do with me not increasing my numbers on squats todaykinda frustrating because I really wanted to add 50 pounds to my squats today and planned on trying to squat 455 today and had a hard time squating 405. Oh well my legs are dead dispite not being happy with the numbers. So as long as my legs feel like they got a good workout I am happy. Next week baby 455 squats

          Thanks I appreciate the complements and I should be happy, but I had goals I hate when I miss goals. I had about two months ago set a goal of getting my squats around 500lb by this time and I have come up way short I get frustrated when I fail

            With doign deads the day prior that is still pretty good, don't sweat it. The 500 will come don't worry, numbers are still looking pretty good.

                DAILY REVIEW

                I have to say that I had a bottle of white blood that has been on the shelve for about 2 months upopened just staring at me so I thought I would open the damn bottle and us it today. In the past I have had great pumps from the WB its been about three months since I have used it so I was pumped to try it out again. I took 4 caps since I am over 225 instead of 3 and I must say 4 was too much. By the time I started doing BB curls my arms were so swole that I thoght I was going to pop my bi I forgot how great the pumps are on WB. So with that I had insane pumps in my arms and after my workout my T-Shirt was was tighter around my arms, I love that feeling. And by the end of my workout my viens were poping out everywhere especially in my forearms.

                      PR on Squats I am excited finally broke through on squats after being stuck at the same weight for awhile now. I thought that I was getting weaker on squats but today I proved myself srong, I was shotting for 455 today didn't get that but did press 445 x 1 which really made my day. Besides the PR I had a great leg day and like always my legs ae pumped.

                                Alright tired as hell trying to catch my workout up. Earlier today I had legs and then chest this evening. I am exhausted. I really wasn't up for a chest wrokout but I was happy with it despite being so exhausted and drained from a heavy leg workout.
