        I agree with that it looks like I will be going light I have no problem with that at all got to listen to the body........ sucks getting old

          Thanks buddy I don't really think its too bad but I am going to just go light for awhile no need to hurt it anymore. This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

              LOL yeah some does I feel so young but lately I have been battleing injury after injury I thinkits mainly do to pushing myself really hard in the gym and going heavy. I think I just need to switch it up for a few weeks go a little lower on the weights......... LOL Watch your wife you never can trust them

                  DAILY REVIEW

                  Had a great shoulder day again tried to keep the weights a little lighter then normal do to my shoulder. Today it felt great I had some tightness that I needed to stretch out but nothing to bad. My back hurt during lifts today especially during shrugs. Overall my shoulder got hit hard.

                    • Total weight......... its hard trying to keep my workouts lite, I do have to watch the presses since this is mainly when my shoulder start to hurt

                        Good day in the gym, my arms are always the last place for me to see any growth or strength gains. I am not sure but I have been really unhappy with how my arms have come along over the last few weeks. I actually feel weaker during arm day then any other day of the week. I have no idea maybe I am not giving them time to recover. I just feel like I am stuck at the same numbers week in a week out when it come to my arms.

                          Well I am sorry for not posting the ladt few days and haven't even had time to workout. I had a tradeshow in Chicago which took up all my time from 7am to about 11pm due to the being at the booth all day then taking clients out to dinner. Its fun but man you get no free time. I have about three days of catching up so I am going to start doubling up tomorrow on workouts to catch me up. Today I had a good chest workout but again I tried and to keep the weights light. Great pumps and had great energy all throught the workout.

                              Tender, not a lot of pain. I am not sure but it seems after I do weighted dips its start to get really tight and tender may need to lay off the weighted dips for awhile

                                DAILY REVIEW

                                Had to go light on back due to my back still hurting from last week. Deads felt good at a 225 but I was too scared to go any heavier don't need to hurt my back anymore. Sucks that my shoulder and backl has forced me to drop the weights but I have to listen to my body which right now is all banged up.Besides the lighter weight great workout. I have one workout lift on this stack and will go my review and post up some new pics. .
