    -Today was my 19th day taking Green MAGnitude and was an back/biceps/trapsday!!

    ALL about Green Magnitude
    -Took 2/3 scoop at around 4ish before i lifted.




    DAILY OVERVIEW
    -woke up at 7 ate then went to class..lifted at 4ish


    WATER INTAKE
    -about 2 gallons



    WEIGHT/BODYFAT
    -Weight--162
    -Bodyfat--X
    (use my scale for those so its not completely accurate)


    WORKOUT NOTES
    did the same work out as last week but it was a lot easier..chest is sore and triceps

      ALL about Green Magnitude
      -Took 2/3 scoop at around 430ish before i played football.



      DAILY OVERVIEW
      -slept in late like 1ish then had class from 330-415 then i played football..brought back memories..use to be a running back haha


      WATER INTAKE
      -about 2 gallons



      WEIGHT/BODYFAT
      -Weight--162
      -Bodyfat--X

      WORKOUT NOTES
      chest/triceps are so sore..back/biceps arent at all
