    The Momma always said "Eat Your Greens" Green MAGnitude Log

    Thanks to the entire Controlled Labs crew for picking me to test Green MAGnitude I greatly appreciate it, I hope I don’t disappoint you!

    I'm going to try my best to keep this log as detailed as possible but at the same time short and to the point on each entry. I will keep the daily post format uniformed as well as the monthly. I hope this will make it easier for readers to see my progress over the next 80 days.

    I recently finished a bulk going from 180 to 200 in five months and managed to keep my body fat pretty low, I never lost sight of my abs! Now that summer is here I want to drop as much water and fat as possible while retaining as much muscle as possible (aren’t we all). My goal is to not go below 190 pounds this summer so fall/winter I will bulk to 215/220. My overall goal in the next few years is to be at 225 6% body fat. I was going to add several fat/water loss sups to my stack to help me accomplish this during the summer but will hold off because I don’t want to add any new sups other then Green MAGnitude for the purpose of this log.

    The purpose of this log is to show the results of Green MAGnitude so there will be no fluctuation in food, water, rest, supplementation or work out schedule. I don’t want any other variable to affect my results. I will post my history,current stats, diet, water, stack, work out and rest schedule soon.

    What is Green MAGnitude click here to find out!

          Training experience:

          I started training at the age of 13 I was fat and out of shape (I had he same size waist I do now). At 13 I decided to make a change so I started eating healthy and working out focused on fat loss I dropped 30 pounds in three months and got skinny. Stayed in good shape throughout High School and started studying martial arts Jr. year. I became a USA All-American in 1992. Then a year or so after high school I stopped working out and started partying pretty heavily. Around four years ago I was looking at some pictures of me on the beach at 190 fat ass pounds and did not like what I saw. So again I decided to make a change. I have been training seriously for four years now after my party days hiatus, I train hard, watch my diet close, have a detailed well researched stack, I'm natural, I read as much as possible about sups and training and am currently studying for my cPT from The American College of Sports Medicine also training for my second running of the Freedom Challenge an urban eco challenge in Cincinnati, OH. The Momma always said "Eat Your Greens" Green MAGnitude Log

              I will start posting my daily log on Saturday!

              First impressions:
              I used half a scoop in 10 ounces of cold water pre-workout and half a scoop in 10 ounces of cold water post-workout.

              Mixability -
              Green MAGnitude dissolves completely 100% in water absolutely no product wasted.

              Taste –
              Green MAGnitude taste like a green Popsicle it’s one of the best tasting sups I have ever used.

              Tolerance –
              Green MAGnitude did bother my stomach a little on my pre-workout serving but I think this was due to the fact that I took it right after taking NO-Xplode. My post-workout serving did not bother my stomach at all. I’m sure that I would eventually build a tolerance for the NO-Xplode – Green MAG combo but I’m going to switch to just taking it post-workout in a full 1 scoop dose.

                    Day 1

                    I only logged my working sets for each exercise warm-up sets will not be logged. I usually perform one or two warm-up sets per exercise.

                    BW = Body Weight
                    HS = Hammer Stregth

                    Workout went great and I felt great went a little heavier on the T-Bar Rows then I should have but I will be okay in the morning. I'm taking GM 1 full scoop post workout.
