    Okay I need some sleep I'll post days 10, 11 and 12 on July 6th.

    Day 10

    I only logged my working sets for each exercise warm-up sets will not be logged. I usually perform one or two warm-up sets per exercise.

    BW = Body Weight
    HS = Hammer Stregth
    SM = Smith Machine
    * = Skipped Due To Injury





    Skipped Stiff Leg Dead Lifts this week due to the back injury I hope to add them back in next time. Feeling some strength gain hope it continues if so Iíve found a new creatine BSN CELLMASS is history for me.

    Without a doubt one of my best arm workouts EVER. Feeling super strong. The only thing I have changed in my workout and stack is the addition of Green MAGnitude!

    Canít wait to see what day 30 looks like!

    Just took a serving of GM with NO-Xplode Lemonade taste awesome. Tomorrow is back day Iím going to add the T-Bar Rows back in so letís see how the back holds up. This time Iím going to put on a belt.

    I'll be updating my log on Thursday... I've been way to busy to post but my workouts have been my best ever! I've made some nice gains.
