          Day 12

          I only logged my working sets for each exercise warm-up sets will not be logged. I usually perform one or two warm-up sets per exercise.

          BW = Body Weight
          HS = Hammer Stregth
          SM = Smith Machine
          * = Skipped Due To Injury
          ** = 20 Sec Static Hold

          x = X-Reps






          Added T-Bar Rows back in today back is feeling good.

                  I'll be updating my log on Thursday... I've been way to busy to post but my workouts have been my best ever! I've made some nice gains.
