    • I have not heard of acne from it but there have been some on other t boosters that have, so it is a possibility. I will let tank and Pu chime is as they may know.

        skipped doing actual cardio at the gym today ... instead, I put in a full day of work consisting of trimming back a tree in the yard, mowing the lawn, rebuilding a gate for the fence ... took a scoop of GMag mixed with one scoop of PW afterwards

              overslept this morning and didn't do my usual 5am workout ... took 1/2 scoop of GMag before I left for work thinking that this would be another rest day .... ended up leaving work early, got home, took Blue Up then the other 1/2 scoop of GMag mixed with PW ...

              hitting the new PR on Flat Press completely bombed my chest ... reps were down on everything else after that, but weight stayed the same ... i'm gonna be sore as hell tomorrow

                  • thanks ddawg and a-babe ... my goal for this month was to try and get 100lb DB's up for at least 6 reps before September ... I might be able to hit it at the rate I'm going ... can't wait!!

                      great workout this morning ... arms and abs are killing me as I type this .... supplementation consisted of 2 BU as soon as I woke up and taken with a full bottle of water, my pre-shake about 30 minutes later, then my GMag/PW mix taken with an Animal Pak, and PW/Xtend mix during workout .... topped it off with some bulk cee in my post-shake ... again I'll be taking WB before bed and dosing SesaGlow throughout the day with meals

                      60 secs ... this was one of the best stretches I've felt in my arms since implementing extreme stretching

                      got to the gym a little later than I wanted to and wasn't able to get in any cardio .... tomorrow is shoulders and traps and my shortest routine of the week ... should be able to get the cardio in tomorrow

                          you will be able to hit the 100's, no doubt...dont just limit yourself to only 6 reps though....think of doing more and 6 wont seem so hard. good log also..

                            good thinking ... but as weak as I was after getting the 95's up, I'll be happy to get any number of reps up with the 100's ... but I agree no doubt I'll be pushin' that weight one way or another
