    Great stuff strester! Great job on the 10+ pound gain! In comparison, they look like they are pretty lean gains to me!! =P
    And your macros have gotten alot better than the 30ish/30ish/30ish too!

          Day 36

          took a week off for my vacation .... didn't lift according to my usual routine and ate and drank just about everything in sight .... now it's back to business so I'll pick up where I left off

          weight: 205.2lbs!!! ... I think this increase in weight in pretty much from all of the drinking and eating, so I'm not holding my breath on being this heavy ... figure it'll drop down a bit over the next couple of weeks

          supplementation has changed a bit since I ran out of SAN Tight! right before my vacation ... for now I'll be taking CL's Blue Up when I first wake up, I-Pro Whey Isolate in my pre-shake, 2 scoops of PW mixed with 1 scoop of GMag before lifting, 1 scoop of PW mixed with 3 scoops of Xtend during my workouts, ON 100% Whey and Prima Force Bulk CEE mixed in my post-shake, and WB before bed .... SesaGlow will be taken with 3 of my 7-8 meals each day

                woke up this morning and shoulders were feeling really tight ... today was shoulder day, so I decided to get back in bed and recover rather than risk an injury .... already blew my right shoulder out about 7 years ago and don't want to have to re-live that again

                took 1/2 scoop of GMag and 2 glucosamine/chondroiton pills throughout the day

                  my bodyweight is dropping each day .... definitely shedding some of the fat I put on during the vacation ... I just hope it doesn't go below 200lbs because I feel like it took me forever to finally get over that hump

                  workout was good today .... changed my timing of supplements just a little bit and took the Blue Up as soon as my alarm my went off .... 30 minutes later I had my pre-workout shake, then my GMag and PW mix .... felt pretty good in the gym ... better than the last two days that I took Blue Up after my shake

                      • I needed something to replace SAN Tight! for energy because my workouts are so early in the morning .... had some Blue Up on hand and decided to go with that ... I've used it before, but miss the kick in the rear that Tight! gave me ... when the BU original runs out, I've also got a bottle of stim-free on hand that I'll take at night with WB ... need to start thinking about what energy boost I'm gonna take when this happens ...

                        what do you and pu think would be good? I'm not keen on getting back on ephedra, maybe just a caffeine pill or something? what is CL's recommendation?

                              August 11, 2006 ....

                              the half-way point of my 80-day log .... and today is the 11-month anniversary of quitting smoking

                              weight: 203.8 .... I think I might be settling down to the 203 - 204 range as my final weight range ... doubt anymore of my vacation blubber is gonna peel off ... dropped about 2lbs in 1 week ...

                              this week has been the start of a new rotation (new routine every 2 weeks), so any increase in weight is measured against the weight used from 2 weeks ago for that exercise

                                so I've been doing a lot of research on this and from what I've read, the acne is definitely a result of the test booster .... I drink up to 2 gallons a day so it's not an issue of not enough water intake ...

                                might have to swing by the Vit.Shoppe by my house and look at the energy boosters they have ... maybe just a caffeine dose will do the trick ... need to read up on it a bit first ...

                                would like to get CL's input on this issue
