It's a newbie question, but I'm needing a little energy boost on my workout mornings and the only question I have is regarding the "do not drive a vehicle" issues with Yellow. I'm currently 2 weeks into a WB, GB, BU stack and i'm very pleased with it. Can I add YE without issue for those workout mornings? I don't usually have a meal as I wake at 5am and then workout at 6am. If I were to eat, I'd spend more time on the pot than hitting the weights.
