    Day 7

    Initial Thoughts and Day Overview:

    i really wasnt feeling good today, then i looked at my schedule...... SQUATS and stiff leg deadlifts.

    i was like o shit, this is going to be a puker
    BUT, that was not the case. i repped 260 8 times (my new max w/out smith) on squats, and was supersetting stiff leg deadlifts at my NEW max at 250

    after those 2 i felt like a god, so i rolled with it, and increased 5 lbs on all my lifts. im slowly making new progress- i def. bust through my previous plateau, and im the strongest ive ever been so far. (NOTE: i am not directly attributing this to the green mag, however, i believe it is helping, because i am uping my creatine uptake.)

    interestingly enough, i weighed in 184. not good, so i might up my cal intake.



    Pump: 9/10

    pump was really good today. best so far while on the mag.


    Endurance: 10 great endurance again during my 5 mile and throughout the whole workout. very pleased.


    Overall: I give it an 10. i felt great, full, and pumped my whole workout. this was one of those days im glad i work out, i felt GREAT.



    Workout Routine:
    FULL BODY (as described above)


    Cardio Routine:
    ran 5 miles, 40 mins

    heart rate ~150


    Supps- GG, GREEN MAG+WB pre, PW during


    DIET: See above. its the same everyday.

                  DAY 8


                  day 8



                  cardio- 5 miles ran in 40 minutes, then 1.5 hr MMA workout

                  took GM pre, took PW during MMA workout


                  didnt really feel much of anything today to be honest, my eating pattern was all fucked up because i had a marketing meeting with my boss for 3 hours and i had to shift my eating (usually i eat at 8am, 11am, 1 pm, 3pm) but because of the meetting i had to shift everything, and had my myoplex shake at 2. made everything a little rough

                  however, i still cranked out my 5 miles and did great at MMA
                  felt a slight tingle/pump in my upper back (probably from the running)

                  all in all, good day, but long and exhausting


                  not much of an appetite lately. i think theres something i react to in the PW, because ill be hungry, and then when i take it im good to go for like 2 hrs. weird.

                    i listened to pt about drinking more water. my pump was insane, prolly the combo of the GG and GM



                    Pump: 11/10

                    this was one of those out of body experiences. i felt MASSIVE and i looked ridiculously full. it was splendid


                    Endurance: 10 lasted just as long as i usually ddid

                    Overall: I give it an 10. yeah for good diet and training and supplementation



                    Workout Routine:

                    ran 5 miles, 40 mins

                    heart rate ~150

                    all this PLUS a 1.5 hr MMA workout

                      Looking great, man! It really does make you look full eh!

                      I sometimes don't even know how pumped I look until I actually stare at myself in the mirror and realize that I'm HUGE. Wish I was always this full lol looks like things are going awesome dude

                          i was already drinking a lot of water with the GG and felt massive pumps, but as you recommended i drank even more and the pump was even more insane, i really couldnt describe it

                            Yeah the pumps are sick crazy what proper water intake can do for GG.... great updates by the way

                              both days --

                              cardio- 5 miles ran in 35 minutes

                              took GM pre, whey post

                              felt good, no pumps (not lifting)

                              fatigue was normal


                              liftin tomorrow tho!!!!!

                                Initial Thoughts and Day Overview:

                                i was sick yesterday with some kind of bug, not that anyone cares but i was having intestinal problems and felt like shit all day. i was dreading the workout today because i still have some abdominal cramping, but as i began to workout it took my mind off of it and i had a successful workout

                                super hydrated equals super pumps. sweeeeeeet


                                Endurance: 10 lasted just as long as i usually ddid

                                Bench was down 10 pounds today, but my Tbar row went up 10. my knee was strained (due to all the new running) and i wasnt able to complete my hack squats.

                                need to take some glycosomine to alleviate the joint problem
