      VVV I just went through a rough spell for a week. Had a few less than stellar workouts and even had to take an additional day off. Points to his signature VVV

      It happens to the best of us, bro. Sounds like a conglomerate of bullshit that you normally just shrug off, but it hits you weird and takes its toll. Don’t sweat it too much. You’ll look back in a day or two and you’ll be smiling in the gym so it’s no worry. I also noticed that you tacked off a good 5 minutes on your 5 mile….. damn lol…. I’ve gotta catch up and bring a watch so I can time myself properly lol.

      I know the feeling when you see someone like you described.. My ex-gf has a best friend who was incidentally MY old best friend and a male….. although she had zero interest in him sexually, it still fired me up every time I saw him because of the low shit he tried to pull. Years later I still have to smile through my teeth and hold it in. But don’t let that shit take you back to something negative. Use that fire to push new weight, throw down an extra rep or two or cut down on your breaks. Use that fuel for the fire, buddy.

      I feel bad to hear that you had a slackin day in the gym because when you can’t stoke the fires, it’s one of the most miserable feelings ever. I know that your goals are different but you train with as much, if not more intensity than a lot of people. Don’t let it take its toll. When you get back in the gym it’s a new day so shrug it off, man. Either that or use it for motivation for next time. Loving the log!

        Luckily for me, with the move comes a brand new gym. no duche bag.

              Initial Thoughts and Day Overview:

              UNBELIEVABLE WORKOUT. mind and body were synced, the new gym i work out at is AMAZING. they have nautilis machines (i never used them before) which are so cool. one of my best workouts. i came ready to kick some ass.



              Pump: 9/10

              carbed up over the weekend (after moving) pump felt GOOD


              Endurance: 10 the usual

              Overall: I give it an 9. great workout, looking forward to wednesdays workout!!!!!

              now at 180



              Workout Routine:
              FULL BODY (as described above)


              Cardio Routine:
              ran 5 miles, 40 mins

              heart rate ~160


              Supps- GG, GREEN MAG+WB pre, PW during





              DIET: See above. its the same everyday.

                              i measured my bicep, and its at 15 1/8 inches flexed. it was 14 3/4

                              whats interesting is that i LOST about 8 pounds since i started the log.
