          -Trial Day 20-

          I've taken my dosing of Green Magnitude in accordance with my protocol for offdays: 1/2 Scoop Green Magnitude and a few grams of monohydrate.

          I also took my 3 Pre-Bedtime White Blood capsules.

            Thanks. I sure did eat my oats....If theres one thing I've learned over the past month is OATS are the most important thing in my diet. I go through about 3 cups a day!

              Yeah, thats not really a bad idea. I really dont think I should have to eat 5000 cals a day to gain weight when I'm only 155lbs. I wish I could gain off like 3000-3500. That'd be nice, but unfortunately I cut on that many cals.

                    Pullups: 2x8xBW


                    I used 135 instead of 145 on squats on accident. I also started doing dumbell rows again, as opposed to barbells like I have been. I got an awesome pump in my lats from these. I couldn't do weighted pullups unfortunately.

                          -Overview-


                          Took my Green Magnitude before softball this morning. I really think it has helped with not only my endurance but matbe even my recovery from softball. I used to hurt like hell the next day after playing but since starting Green Magnitude I haven't been as sore the next day. Green Magnitude has definately improved my endurance and focus on the field. Shit, if I was a regular athlete I'd be taking Green Magnitude before my games too, not just lifting.

                            Dumbell Bench Press: 3x10x50

                            I added in some leg extensions and left out tri isolation work. The pump in legs was so hard I could barely walk out of the gym guys. White Blood is just rediculous! My lats were also on fire after the rows and pullups. I actually felt a little bit of strength out there today. Squats went real well. I had endurance for days too. Best workout I've had in weeks.
