    -Trial Day 12-

    -Supplements-

    Preworkout:

    3 White Blood 45 minutes prior

    1 Scoop Green Magnitude and 12 oz. of water 30 minutes prior

    Postworkout:

    3g of Prolab monohydrate


    -The Workout-

    Week 9 - Day 1


    Squat: 3x8x145

    Barbell Row: 3x8x120

    Dumbell Bench Press: 3x8x50

    Skullcrushers: 3x8x60

    Pullups: 1x8, 1x2x+25lbs, 1x5x+10lbs


    Pretty good workout overall. My squats are feeling way better at 145lbs. I'm just refocusing on my form and then I'll start moving the weights back up. The Barbell Rows are good as always, not as much of a pump in my back this time though. Pullups felt great. I think I'm gonna start doing more weighted pullups. Not real heavy or anything, but like 10lbs or so. Start working my way up. Bench Press felt awesome. My form is really getting good with the dumbells now too.

    The White Blood has been getting me real pumped during the workouts. It doesn't really last too much longer than while I'm in the gym though. I haven't seen anything significant from the Green Magnitude yet either....

    I've taken my dosing of Green Magnitude in accordance with my protocol for offdays: 1/2 Scoop Green Magnitude and a few grams of monohydrate.

    I also took my 3 Pre-Bedtime White Blood capsules soon.

    4210. Real good intake again today!


    -Overview-

    Since starting Green Magnitude and White Blood I have felt pretty good. Pumps from the White Blood are awesome, although they don't last as long as I had hoped. My water intake is a half-gallon or more in my 2 hours prior to lifting and then about a gallon during my workout. I can't say I've seen any significant strength gains yet, but I'm kinda in a period of reseting my some of my weights due to form. I have however, noticed very good ENDURANCE during my workout sessions. Overall FOCUS and CLARITY when lifting have seemed improved as well.

    I'm finally gaining weight again after stalling out for a few months. I contribute this not to the supplements but to a renewed diet plan, OATS and lots of em, and an opportunity to do some serious bulking over the next 4 months with Green Magnitude and White Blood. I can't wait to do my 4 week review.

    Thanks man! Its taken some SERIOUS eating though, as you can tell by my macros. And theres a lot of things that I don't even count as cloric intake so its probably even higher than I'm posting. I just can't believe that I seriously have to eat this fucking much to gain even just a lb. a week. Hopefully 4000-4500 calories can take me to at least 180lbs, cause I don't think I'll ever be able to 5000+ consistantly enough to gain. Maybe my metabolism will slow down some day.....

    Taking care of personal matters is something we can all relate to, but now lets put the undereating of the weekend behind us and load up on them calories! You aren't cutting here so lets eat like we are bulking!!!!!

    Workout went good. My squats are improving I think. Back pain isn't really there anymore. I started going with a wider stance and that has helped I think. All my other lifts went as usual. I pumped out an extra rep or two on bench press and skullcrushers.

    The Pump was great as usual. My muscles have been feeling more full on offdays. My endurance and focus have been awesome. I attribute that to the Green Magnitude. Strength just hasn't been there though. I blame this on a stale routine though. Plus I have been using an 8 rep scheme as opposed to 6 reps like I was prior to my current routine. Sixe is more important than strength for me right now, but I would like to increase my lifts a bit every now and then.

    Finally switched to a job with regular hours and I now have a wireless laptop that I can make use of at work and home. Before it was an issue with internet connectivity and working too damn much.
