    -6/25/06 - Offday - Sunday-

    I will do a final review for the day, but I have to say, I took my offday dosage off Green Magnitude before softball today and man was I friggin pumped. Not like "NOx pumped", but like hyperactive. So much energy on the field. I also did not get the same leg/hip cramp that I've gotten every other game I've played. Does Green Magnitude have special healing properties?

    Be back on later with an entire overview for the day.

      -6/25/06 - Offday - Sunday-

      -Trial Day 4-

      I've taken my dosing of Green Magnitude in accordance with my protocol for offdays: 1/2 Scoop Green Magnitude and a few grams of monohydrate. I took this dose before softball and felt great as you can see in the above post. Very cool stuff.

      I also took my 3 Pre-Bedtime White Blood capsules.

      4110 Calories

      Again, very strong appetite today...

          6/26/06 - Monday

          -Trial Day 5-

          -Supplements-

          Preworkout:

          3 White Blood 45 minutes prior

          1 Scoop Green Magnitude and 12 oz. of water 30 minutes prior

          Postworkout:

          3g of Prolab monohydrate


          -The Workout-

          Week 8 - Day 1


          Squat: 3x8x155

          Barbell Row: 3x8x121.25

          Dumbell Bench Press: 3x8x50

          Skullcrushers: 3x8x60

          Pullups: 1x10, 1x8


          I'm gonna really have to do something about my Squats. Lately when I do them it just tears my lower back up. Like my lower back is the primary mover and quads and legs are just helping. I lowered the weight 7.5lbs from last time it was just as bad as at 162.5! WTF! Anyone got any advice? I go ass to grass and I feel like my form is good, but apparently not.

          Rows and Pullups felt great. The pump in my back after doing the two was amazing! Lats are starting to really improve I think.

          I also decreased from 55lb dumbells to 50lb dumbells on my Bench because form even though I was completing the sets my form was sloppy. I will work my way back up from 50lb'ers

          Got a real nice stretch and pump from the skullcrushers. Good weight for that lift...

            Sucks about you back while doing squats I used to get that pain also until I got my form down and started strengthing my lower back, I wish I could see your form.

              I can deadlift till I'm blue in the face and not work my lower back like I do with squats. I just don't get it. I might have to really drop the weight and go back to concentrating on form..

                yeah like I said its hard to tell you whats wrong when I can't see it at all, how close are you doing deads and squats are you giving yourself time to recover inbetween the two?

                  I would also look into using a belt maybe on the last set or two. I use a belt only on my heavier sets 315+ before that I had some pains in my lower back. I don't believe in using a belt for every lidt just the heavier ones plus it really helped my with my form making sure I kept everything tight

                    I'm plenty recovered between the the two lifts. And I don't think a belt is gonna help. I mean I'm only doing 155lbs. When I ran the 5X5 I was doing heavier squats than that and never had any problems. I'll try and get a vid up or something.

                      Damn man wish I could help ask ddawg he has helped me out a ton on squats and deads he may have a trick or two for you.... this really sucks because I love squats just wish I could be a better help

                              Military Press: 3x8x30

                              Dumbell Flyes: 3x8x35

                              Lateral Raises: 3x8x15


                              I increased my lateral raises by 5lbs. Definatly a difference but manageable. Flyes are ready to increase to 40lb dumbells next time I'd say. I get such a damn pump in my chest from these. I love flyes! Military press went real good. I'm thinking 37.5lb'ers next time....I have chain link weights that I made by the way, so I can really use exact increments with my lifts.

                              Deadlifts. What can I say? My best lift, my favorite lift...These went real well as always. I know I promised a 300lb. pull soon, well I promise a 3 plate pull by the end of this log. Hell Yeah!
