    Hang Clean and Push Press: 3x8x80 *PR*

    Hang Snatch: 3x8x60

    Dumbell Shoulder Press: 3x13,9,8x27.5's

    Lateral Raises: 3x10x15

    Barbell Shrugs: 3x12x155


    Tecnically as far as this workout is concerned I got Pr's on everything but lateral raises. Hang Clean and Push Press is up another 2.5lbs for PR on that. Those fukers are tough! Hang Snatch is also up 2.5lbs again this week. I added 5 lbs to my BB Shrugs again as well. Very good workout! I had a nice intensity going, strong endurance and focus. Obviously strength was good as well. After the workout when I flex I can get veins popping out all over the place. You know the cool ones on your shoulders and traps and upper chest! Its sweet!

              NIce workout! Best leg day I've had in 2 months no bullshit! Back was perfectly straight. There was no pain. Quads were obliterated at the end of the session. I increased my front squat and good mornings 2.5lbs. Front squats were a cake walk for some reason. I actually did a couple extra reps on the last 2 sets, like 12 and 10 cause they felt so easy. Squats actually felt good to do for the first time in like two months. And I even did some damn AB work! Whattya know! I think things are starting to go my whey.

                    Pr'ed on bench press again even if it was only 1.25lbs more! I felt real strong on this lift today. Pullovers were awesome. I was actually kinda tired by the time I got to the bench dips so I just used BW+25. I still got an awesome workout in my tris though.

                            Another good leg day! Going to parallel seems to be alot easier on my back...I hate to say it but A2G sucks for me. I've taped myself a half dozen times and it seems once I get past parallel my lower back almost instantly rounds. This happens whether I'm front squating or back squating; it happens whether I'm using 95lbs or 155lbs. I' don't know whats up?

                            I increased my front squat, good mornings, and crunches from last time though! I could've done more with the back squat as well but I'm just working on form there.

                                My Final Thoughts On Controlled Labs: "Green Magnitude and White Blood"


                                -Strength and Size-

                                Hmmm, this is a toughy. I've had so many issues with form and setbacks because of such that I hate to rate this. I had good strength increases in my Bench Press and with my shoulder lifts like Push Presses and DB Shoulder Presses, but thats about it. Maybe I was just used to my newbie gains that finally wore off throughout this log? I don't know. I'll leave it at this because I think had I really taken my time with form and moved up a bit slower I would have seen more gains. Unfortunatley I moved too fast and thus form suffered limiting my gains during this log, even setting some in reverse.

                                I did however see some nice size increases. Diet was spot on for the fist half of the log, but admititly sub-par the last half. I pretty much just maintained the last 40 days, while the first 40 were a solid clean bulk of about 6-7lbs. I look bigger and I feel bigger though, regardless of the neglect.


                                -Vascularity and Pumps-


                                Vascularity and Pumps were good while using Green Magnitude and especially White Blood. Once I finished off the White Blood the awesome pumps and vacularity did go away for the most past, but every now and then I would still get some decent increases in vascularity. A very solid combo here in my opinion considering the Green Magnitude is not a pump or vascularity product.




                                -Focus and Endurance-


                                Wow! This is where Green Magnitude really shined through for me! I loved the way I felt going into the gym on this stuff. I'd start out tired and unwilling to work hard, but after chugging some Green Magnitude I felt ready to go. I experienced Above-Average focus throughout my workouts and never really let my mind wander from the iron. The endurance was top notch, whether I was killing myself or not, I still felt ready for more. I had very few days, maybe 4 or 5 out of 80 where I felt even remotely wiped out after a session. Energy level was up on Rest Days as well it seemed! Mixed with a couple hundred miligrams of caffiene I see Green Magnitude as a superior Pre-Workout Energizer/Creatine. Nice work here Controlled Labs.
