Have you guys ever walked, biked, or driven past a corner store or coffee shop and it seems like no one is EVER in there ? What about the comic book store in a busy mall but... no one EVER seems to be buying anything ?
With property lease prices sky high, how the hell is it possible for them to:
1) Break even
2) Make a profit
3) Make a profit that = make a living (not to be confused with making a profit
Remember that their profits usually will need to cover their own medical and other expenses (especially if they have full time employees).
Any ideas ? Theories ?
