I dont experience a ton of them anyways.

                  NOTES: I decided to go higher reps on some excersises, I still could have went much higher in weight on all leg excersises. I keep getting a bunch of compliments from other fermales memebers about how lean & muscualr I look. LOL I just dont see it. I do appear to look more defined & full. So maybe that is what they mean.
                  Strength was pretty good for switching to 15 reps from 10 on most things. My legs are still somewhat sore from Wednesday & Thursdays cardio. While doing shoulders, I defintely felt pumped up. As far as focus, It wasnt as good as. I just wasnt into it today.

                      that's EXACTLY what I said the other day on bbb.com- definately looking a lot fuller and muscular (esp in the arms/shoulders/upper back)

                            NOTES: I had an excellent workout! I havent been to the gym in 3 days. Its been super busy here with the kids. We have been doing a ton of swimming and some fishing. Anyways I was very pleased with my workout today, strength was pretty good despite being out of the gym fopr a few days. I always take Green Bulge on off days so I havent missed any days. I also made some PR's today!!! I was curling the 30lb barbell without much effort so that is pretty good!!! Energy & focus were through the roof. I could have stood at the gym all day, depite it being TOM and having terrible cramps.

                                Thanks I've been switching my routines alot lately going back & forth between my current & last routine. I defintely notice my stregnth is up. I also forgot to note that my arms get so hard (pumps) its a bit tough to do my next set without feeling some pain/discomfort.

                                Im still off the WB. I havent had a headache since around the time I stopped. So maybe it was the WB causing them?
