Hey guys just wondering if any of you pw users are taking a protein blend like on's pro complex or dymatize's elite complex? Is that bcaa overkill?

It isn't overkill because the EAA / BCAA in WRAATH are free form and designed to be consumed pre / during training. Free form means that these aminos essentially bypass digestion and get delivered to your muscles while they are pumped / working.
