    I received all my stuff yesterday, probly start the stack up monday.

    Dosage/timing suggestions please?

        Nice... I would take the OT 2-2-2 with meals, and the WF with a rice cake or granola bar (feedback on this method is just amazing).

                If you can I recommend taking it like this....

                2 scoops ~45 min pre with GreenMAG
                1 scoop During
                1 scoop Post

                Work your way up to 4 scoops though.

                If you can't take it during, 3 scoops pre is the other way I would go.

                      90 min pre-Meal
                      45 min pre-1 scoop GM, 2 scoops GG
                      0-30 min pre(depending on when "it" hits you)-1-2 scoops WF
                      10 min pre through during- 2 scoops PW
                      During-1 scoop GG
                      Post-1 scoop GG

                      OT--->2-2-2 Split with meals

                          Ahhh, a stack I'm currently running myself. Coupled with a lean gaining diet and I'm a happy man! My protocol:

                          1 scoop GM, 2 scoops, WF, 2 scoops GG 45 minutes preworkout
                          1 scoop PW 15 minutes preworkout
                          1 scoop PW and 2 scoops GG during workout
                          3 OT with breakfast and postworkout

                          I just posted up some details of my diet and workout nutrition in my log if ya want an example.

                              I like 2-2-2 with the orange triad alot more than 3-3 per day..

                              get better satituation w/the more split up dosing I would presume as well..
