I am taking GM at the moment, do i need to cycle it off ?
another question is i train twice a day, once in the morning which i do more cardios n isolation work, once in the evening as i do more compound movements, n much much more heavier, so do i take as one scoop each time I train ? that will be about 20gram for a day, is that over the dosage that i shd use ? or i just take once in the morning ? or split it out to half scoope for the morning n half for the evening ?
