i am about to start a cycle of green bulge, white blood, and glycergrow. i have read that it is recommended to take a monohydrate creatine as well for post workout. so i will be taking phosphagen hp as well. when should i take each of these products. the whole empty/full stomach thing confuses me. please advise with on/off days as well.
