Well I keep a very open mind when it comes to supps.

First, you have to decide if you trust the russian studies that ECDY is as effective / more effective than anabolic steroids. IF you do (which is cool) then you have to ask yourself... why didn't ECDY catch on ? The russians supposedly already knew the "effective dosage" in the 60's (?).....
