I'll make this short and sweet
I ran a cycle of Anagen and a cycle of X-Factor (i know a full cycle is 50 days, but only had the money for 25). In those 25 days, I have gained 4.5 pounds. I was not on a steady 500 calorie bulk, I was at a steady 3000 cal, with slight fluctuations.
Unfortunately I do not have any measurements or exact percentages,
but my lifts certainly went back up after being on a German Volume Training regiment for a month before my new workout protocol (that started while on this stack).
I did experience the muscle soreness and joint soreness that is associated with x-factor. It developed about after 4 days on the stuff and went away and came back periodically during the cycle.
overall, i wish i could continue with the x-factor but ill be testing the Green Mag (plus i NEED my peanut butter and fish oils back!!!)
