Why do you take 8 shakes a day? How whole food meals do you eat a day?

It's frustrating, because I don't consider it optimal... I consider it cheap so I don't actually recommend it.. it's just what I do and it's been working. I hear people talk about eating a steak each day and I'm like... "yea ok... have fun with that". Even chicken is expensive as hell with total calories around 5000 to 6000.

Please also note that I never, EVER went from zero shakes to 8 shakes per day... I gradually increased my intake and my body can handle pretty much any amount of whey that I throw at it. This applies to oats as well... increase gradually or results could be... messy

Thanks for the response, I know that, I usually do 3-4 a day. I need to eat whole foods as well, but hey it works for you so keep it up.

Been there myself with that many shakes but my calories were never that high. You have to do what you have to do. Keep up the great work!

boy im sure glad that i am not the only one living off drinks! for me its a time thing. It is far easier to chug a shake than to put together a meal. I do try to eat chicken once a day though.

I drink three shakes per day (2 servings each one) but then again I'm a vegetarian so I have to supplement protein more than the average person.

2 per day on w/o days. So 5 days a week. Usually 1 post w/o and pre-bed. Otherwise on offdays, if I remember, I go 1 pre-bed with Max Milk now. Gonna go back to ON though or WPI perhaps.

3 shakes a day here. I always have the same amount of meals as shakes.

I usually have 3 or 4 a day. I try to alternate them with whole food meals.

                              shake/ real food/ shake / real food/ shake

This helps me keep tha poop solid.
