how many protein shakes per day?

    I try to get 4 in also, sometimes it doesnt happen, and sometimes it does, just as long as I try

        I'm on the hunt for a good whey that doesnt give me uber farts. So until then no proteins shakes for me, I just scarf down as many cartons of eggwhites as humanly possible

                  not going to make much difference man.

                  GF-Pro is the best on that list IMO. I-pro is great stuff too, great tasting also.

                          Nope, I think muscle milk tastes delicious and Isopure seems like it had pretty good ingredients. I drink muscle milk with milk in the morning and before bed. I drink Isopure through the day with water.

                            I try to do 4 but alot of times end up with 3

                            1 morning - 2 Scoops ON 100%

                            1 early afternoon - Chocolate RTD Musclemilk

                            1 afternoon - 2 Scoops ON 100%

                            1 bedtime - Banana Musclemilk concoction (I know they're terrible but they just taste so good!)

                              do u eat normal balanced meals as well as the 8 shakes or do u substitute the sahkes for food

                                At least 3 solid food meals as well... but (for example) I'm down to 4-6 shakes per day right now. When I get amazing deals on whey protein (closeouts etc...) I will typically increase the number of shakes.
