    Usually 3 but somtimes 4. I have ON's 100% Whey and Substance WPI.

      1 in the morning prew/o with 1 scoop I-pro

      1 postw/o with 2 scoops ON whey blend

      1 around 4pm at work with 1 scoop ON whey blend

      1 before bed 1scoop ON casein and 1 scoop ON whey

        4 total and 3 are ON, that is until I finish the bag and go to AI Iso. And then the prebed is Ultra Peptide.

            Pre-workout, post-workout, random other and pre-bed.

            All bulk WPC except pre-bed which is bulk MPC. Sometime my 'random other' is Mass Meal, depending on how I'm feeling.

                  1 in the morning with oats for breakfast (dymatize butter toffe)

                  1 in the after noon (after lunch but before working out) (myoplex original)


                  1 monster shake after working out ("countdown" dex/malto mix, dymatize butter toffee)


                  1 casein shake before bed (myoplex carb sense)


                  usually 4-5

                      cutting -- 1 isolate post 1 casein prebed (always) maybe 1-2x more if i need a quick meal/protein fix

                      bulk - 4+ pre,post,bed always maybe more

                          1 during work out

                          i prolly will start to drink more , but all my cals seem to be where they need to be and i eat 6 meals a day so i dont know if i see the point

                            I have one when I wake up – 1% milk and AI WPI mint chocolate chip

                            One at work because 15 min breaks don’t cut it… 2% milk 1 scoop ON 100% Whey

                            Two scoops of AI WPI in water with 2 teaspoons of maltodexterin

                            One heaping scoop of ON 100% Whey with 1% milk before bed…

                            Protein’s just so damn good with milk, I shouldn’t have any especially for my morning shake but oh well… tastes too good, I can’t help myself.

                              Between 4 and 8 per day (currently 8)... due to budget (whey is the cheapest complete protein source per gram, followed by Eggs and Tuna)
