Ok well in football we lift every morning at about 5:30 to about 7. I wanted to get back on creatine, but need a little help from you guys. For GB it says to take on an empty stomach, but how do I do that while lifting in the morning? I need food for energy...you know what I mean? Also for GM should I buy it, and take it as a creatine after my workout with my protein shake? Thank you in advanced. I can't wait to try GB and GM (once available at BB.com) They sound pretty kick-ass.
