        Today was supposed to be leg day.. However, I strained a quad muscle yesterday during sprints at night, so I was unable to give it a go.. Instead, I did lots of calf raises with very heavy weights, and then about 8 sets of abdominal work.

        Now I'm back at home drinking a shake. In about 2 minutes, I'm gonna go out and do my cardio for the day.. On the menu: agility drills.

          these days I feel like a loner. I stopped by the church softball game but decided I didn't really want to talk to anyone.. So I stood on the side with my mp3 player on and just watched for about 3 innings..


          It's all good though.. I believe whatever choices I make, it will be worth it in the end.

            couldn't do the agility drills because my upper quad muscles felt like they were about to tear.. I resorted to light sprints over 100 yards long.

            I did 12 100 yard dashes, some running forward, some running backwards.

                yes.. it was just not productive enough for me to keep doing.. I signed up as a source of entertainment, and then I realized I gotta stop BSing around all the time.

                  db press: 45x15, 80x15, 100x8
                  upright row: 95x15, 135x10, 155x8
                  lateral raise: 35x12, 45x10, 40x10
                  front raise with barbell: 50x10, 50x10
                  rear delt raise: 35x15, 50x12, 55x10

                  abs work..


                  cardio: 1 hour of full court bball

                        i don't do anything for fun

                        i guess i've been flirting a lot , although a relationship isn't what i'm looking for... But i sure have been flirtin'!!!!


                        Been playing some games lately on PS2 and also been watching some shows on cable, hehe...

                                back workout

                                stiff legged deadlifts:

                                1 plate x 15
                                2 plates x 12
                                3 plates x 9

                                no wraps, no belt, no gloves...

                                next up:

                                pull downs
                                cable rows
                                shrugs
                                more rows




                                cardio:

                                30 yard car pushes
                                Used a 2002 Toyota 4Runner (SUV)

                                Pushed it forward up a 5% hill 3 times, then backwards twice... OUCH!!!
